Co-Petitioners failed to file a Petition to Remove Conditions a year after one of the Co-Petitioner’s “green card” had expired. Our office filed a flawless package with evidence of reasons that led to the failure to file the petition in a timely fashion and full explanation of extenuating circumstances to the satisfaction of the USCIS. Unsurprisingly, the USCIS found good cause in failure to timely file the petition and approved it.
U.S. citizen Petitioner filed the I-130 Petition for his aged mother who was over 70 years old and the USCIS asked for an original birth certificate which was not available. Our office provided valuable guidance to the Petitioner and help him gather compelling “secondary evidence” to the satisfaction of the USCIS, who approved the both the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application without any interview.
